Dank der Kooperation mit dem AmerikaHaus NRW e.V. hatten unsere Schüler*innen der Q2 am 17. November die Möglichkeit, unmittelbar nach den Midterm Elections mit zwei ehemaligen Kongressabgeordneten in einen angeregten Ideen- und Gedankenaustausch zu kommen.
Es kamen: Rep. Ben McAdams (Democrat aus Utah, 2019-2021) und Rep. Martha Roby (Republican aus Alabama, 2011-2021).
Unsere Schüler*innen konnten eine fantastische Gelegenheit wahrnehmen, um einen Einblick in das amerikanische politische System zu erhalten, die politische Lage in den USA, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die jüngsten Midterm-Wahlen zu bekommen.
